REBORN: REWIRED: READY (TRIGGER WARNING-SPEAKING ABOUT COMPULSIVE DISORDERS)
Hello gang welcome back it has been a HOT MINUTE since I been in yo ears. As we bring 2020 to a close I wanted to document my thoughts and bring you behind the scenes of what is involved in going after your dreams, the cost of thriving to the gram and the truth behind grafting.
I want to start by saying I have used 2020 as a huge motivator and adopted David Goggins “what if” mentality. Between him and Eric Thomas they both saved me through their podcasts and sharing. The thing is I do not have all the answers just like they don’t but, it is in the sharing of our experiences do we resonate the most and therefore grow!
I will be talking about my own struggles that have taken me from trauma to transformation. I will share the specific areas where I have struggled:
- Trichotillomania
- Body Image
- Binge Eating Disorders
I am going to keep it real simple for this one I want you to ask yourself:
- What am I not willing to take with me into 2021?
- Why?
- What am I grateful to 2020 for?
- What action am I going to take towards bettering myself?
- If I could have a coach support me for anything what would it be and why?
